Up for sale is an EXACT reproduction of an Indian Dispatch Tow small box. Most of the original boxes are either broken or rotted away, making them almost impossible to restore back to acceptable standards. Why pour money into patching up your original box, and still not have a good solid body? As the pictures will show, this box has been painstakingly reproduced to be exactly like the original in every way. No detail has been overlooked. Chain adjuster ports, tail light wire hanger, it even has an inspectors tag just like the original. All of the raw sheet metal has been primer painted to prevent rust only. Your painter will have to do minor body prep, as with any new sheet metal parts.
The fenders are new, exact reproductions made by Matt Blake at Iron Horse Corral. They are drilled and mounted exactly as the originals. The bolts on the fenders, bumpers and handrails are all from the local hardware store to keep from marring the proper cad plated nuts and bolts (provided by Ed Glasgow), which will be included with the purchase. www.edsindianbolts.com
