Roxy came to us malnourished and uncared for. It took some time to get weight on her as she would not eat her mixed grass hay. Later, it was determined that Roxy has quite an opinion about things. She refuses to eat mixed hay and prefers the good stuff - especially bermuda. Alfalfa and bermuda hay did the trick and she gained all her weight back and now looks great. Due to an old knee injury (prior to DHR), Roxy is no longer rideable and is a companion horse only. Her adoption fee is $325.
